Look for a pattern
One sticky door is not proof of foundation trouble. Several openings changing in the same area, diagonal drywall cracks from corners, or nearby floor slope can make structural movement more plausible.
Seasonal or progressive?
Wood doors can swell seasonally. Foundation-related movement is more concerning when the condition persists, worsens, or is accompanied by cracks and separation in rigid materials.
What to document
Note when the problem started, which openings are affected, and whether gaps around doors or windows are changing. Photos and simple measurements can help during an evaluation.
